1- Canvass, book inward and outward cargoes for the Line.

2- Quick Berth.

3- Accelerating discharging operation.

4- Ensure quickest possible dispatch.

5- Drawing SOF

6- Keep you weekly informed of Karachi Port situation.

7- Give full support to Master and Crew Members.

8- See to it that your promptly receive full documentation covering the discharging of vessels such as SOF.NOR. Captain bills, outturn report etc.

9- With respect to disputes under contract and/or charter parties to furnish you with all relevant documentation supporting your position.

10- To monitor the inventory of containers, stuffing/destuffing of Export/Import direct delivery containers.

11- To obtain permission for landing sensitive and hazardous cargo from various Government departments.

12- Any other services which you may deem necessary to make your business successful and lucrative.
